Hello,

I am interested in setting up a gold selling website, I live in the UK and obviously this is illegal and from what I understand, Blizzard can actually take legal action, I just wondered if there were any loop holes that I could add to the TOS?

Such as setting up a website which people buy gold, but in the TOS it would say that we dont sell the gold, they are paying us to pay someone else to sell the gold and obviously charge more so we get a cut. (Not exactly this but Im sure you can see where im coming from)

If someone could get back to me on this it would be greatly appreciated.

They wont take any action against your gold selling website unless you funnel billions of gold probably
