Blizz new measures against RAF?

Hey soo i logged today on my email and i got a strange mail from blizzard saying my account information was updated (i didn't do that) i checked my account and nothing looked changed except for account country (which is unchangeable without asking blizzard assistance) the thing is my country does not accepts RAF (recruit a friend) soo when i made my battle.net account i've put the country to uk just to be able to do raf, and guess what blizzard just changed that today from uk to my original country.
First im pretty sure they're breaking their part of agreement by doing this without first asking me for more information about my location.
Has anyoune been encountering this lately?

Sorry I see you mentioned that in Battle.net your country has been changed. Perhaps try and file a ticket asking the same.
