Help recovering account :(

Hello my wow account was recently hacked this happend to me like 9 months ago already and i recovered it easily since i have all the info (cdkeys, security questions, etc...) the only problem is that my name one the account doesnt match with my real name (since i use Jack Brown everywhere on internet instead of my real name) so only date of birth on my ID matches -_- 9 months ago i had no problem and recovered the account but now they said that they wont recover it because the name doesnt match and that they wont recover it untill i send them matching ID scan it has been 9 days now...does any one here have experience with this? Should i make new ticket and hope for different admin or should i photoshop the ID...also how long should i wait to open another ticket and should i make new account to open the ticket or do it on the same one?
I will appreciate any help and i hope that i can find some one experienced with stuff like this here thanks for future help...
