Yes but account B in this case is placing an auction for 500k and SoR account buys it, account B is completely innocent in this case, they are just selling their items, do you really think blizz would take gold from them?

Yeah Blizzard doesn't take that into consideration, they just provide refunds.

It also depends on what you mean by 'SoR account "scams" account A for 500k gold.' as Blizzard are unlikely to return the gold to you on most occasions.
