    5.3 pvp trinkets broken

    I just noticed my tyrannical badge of conquest's cooldown doesn't reset and after a minute it still says it's on cooldown. I've had to /reset ui a lot of times to get it working again.
    A bug just for the pvp trinket or are other trinkets broken too?

    Do you play with addons? If so did you update them after 5.3 hit?
