I just bought one account from some guy (not professional seller), some tips to secure the account?


If i trasnfer the character to a new b.net, he can still recall it?

He can't recall the character from a new battle.net no. If its high value consider a name change or something.

What happend if i trasnfer the charater from account A to account B, then i change the name of the account A?

easier way: transfer the chars off, then do shit with the old account to get perma banned. he has no way to get it back then

This could work too, but i prefer keep the orginal account for a while, to see if he do something (all the mount and pets remain to the b.net )

yea. i bought an account once. 1 year later i got an email that someone called blizzard for this account but they could not help him (because i perma banned it).
you will never be safe with the bought account, only with transfered chars

Im also looking for a way to secure my new account. Anyone know a working method?

Last year i bought one account whit 1 character.
I trasfered the character to a new b.net whit the same infos (same last name. but different first name)
the OO recalled the original b.net, but the account was already empty, he contacted me 3-4 times in game, but he never got the charater back.

i bought an account: changed email + secret question/answer + mobile authenticator and i got original owners ID copies. how could the old owner get back this account? i think he cant...

Sadly, he can if he wants to. Its enough if he take a picture of hes ID with current newspapers or his bills (sometimes blizzard is asking for it when this type of dispute), you wouldn't be able to provide such things, would you?

I trafered the main to a new b.net, don't really care about the original account
