What are you planning to do with it? PvP, PvE Dps or PvE Tank?

First of all.all your Valor pts should go twards the new faction rep items, starting with the trinket since u have a green one, then keep getting whatever else becomes available once u have the rep for it
U increase ur rep by doing LFR
To be able to join LFR...u will need higher ilvl, start off with buying all the crafted deadly gear for ur char
U will still miss a few ilvls to be able to join LFR...first thing u need to do is kill sha,it gives guaranteed boots since it drops the quest item
After u do sha move to galleon/oondasta/nalak mabe u get lucky with some drops

IF u still miss enough ilvl to be able to join LFR,then buy a darkmoon trinket to start off with, and then just check the AH for the cheapest epics

Second step..to improve ur gear try visiting Ask Mr. Robot , load ur armoury on that website and ul b able to find some few other improvements, since i dont have ur real armoury i cant do that for u

Last place...pve botting in normal raids or just LFR?

Tell me how that works for u and il b able to give u even more info

Btw how many justice and hows ur rep like to the mop factions?

Askmrrobot.com has a nice interface that will tell you what items are the biggest upgrade and how to spend your points.

you may have to make an acct with them to use this function but you will NOT have to give them a CC to do so for the 1 week free trial

KuRIoS, i'v got to recommend a website that will improve your Deah Knight!

1.Go to Gear Optimizer - Ask Mr. Robot - World of Warcraft

    2. Fill in the specific information in the right order to display your character.
Guide me to improve my dk-01_amr_optimize-png

    3. Once your character has been found, click on it!
Guide me to improve my dk-02_amr_optimize-jpg

Dont forget to update it from armory as much as you can when you're about to do new changes. ( the armory will refresh when you relog your character in world of warcraft)
If you click on "Find best in slot" you will be displayed with the best-inslot items for your specific chosen spec while in pve/pvp spec.
If you want to optimize your current gear, hit the "Optimize" button and it will show you what you should reforge/enchant/gem to optimize your character!
In your case you said you dont want to raid/Dungeon for items, the Mr.Bot got a filter in "Options" so you could filter out all unwanted areas.

I'v been using this website for over 5 months now and its really easy to setup. The bot tells me exactly what to enchant in which spec even if I want to play in a pvp mode / pve mode.
The best thing about Mr.bot is that it calculates your hit/exp so you can maximate your other stats to give you, as you asked before "improvments" to your Death Knight.

I hope this guide was to any help, cya around and have great day now!

Hello there! 525 ilvl Blood DK here, will help out when I get home, can't review your character from here...

But I am going to tell you what I do with my DK stat wise and Reforge wise

Now there is two ways to play *Blood*
    1)Mastery > Dodge/Parry > 7.5% Hit > 7.5% Exp > Haste
    2)Mastery > 7.5% Hit > 7.5% Exp > Dodge/Parry > Haste
I have been using the number 2) since I find it better, and of course I did test the second way but I kinda didn't like it.
Notice it says Dodge/Parry, but how do I know which one should I reforge to?
The answer is simple, you use the following code:
    Code:
    /run d=GetDodgeChance() n=3.22 if UnitRace("player")=="Gnome" then n=n-.01 end p=235.5*d/65.631440-((235.5/65.631440)*5.01-n) DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage("Ideal parry for current dodge: "..string.format("%.2f",p))
What the code does is it multiplies dodge % by 2.5 so you would get the parry needed in order to perfectly balance out those two stats.

    2.5 Parry =1 Dodge

Basically I reforge everything into Mastery that is possible, then I reforge Dodge into Parry (if the item contains Mastery already) and lastly I try to get rid of stats that don't give me anything essential.
If you use addon like Reforge Lite do it like this:
    Mastery
    Hit cap 2550 (7,50%)
    Parry
    Expertise cap 2550 (7,50%)
    Dodge
    Haste
    Crit

For *Frost* there are also two ways to play it
    1) Master Frost
    2) Haste Frost
The playstile of these two specs is very different and I will explain it.
    1)For Master Frost (DualWield) Strenght>Hit/Exp cap>Mastery>=Haste>Crit
    2)For Haste Frost (Two-Handed Weapon) Strength>Hit/Exp cap>Haste>Crit >Mastery*

Master Frost relies on the benefit from the Mastery on the Howling Blasts and Frost Strikes, therefor you need to maximise the usage of those two spells.
The general idea is to have only ONE Unholy rune on cooldown and to spend Runes on Howling Blasts and to spend Runic Power on the Frost Strikes. Maintaining of diseases is very important but it is really easy due the Outbreak+Unholy Blight+Symbiosis(if you have a nice Druid willing to give it)
Approximately every third Obliterate should be a Plague Strike instead (maintains the disease + gets rid of the Unholy rune)

As for Haste Frost it is all about Obliterates and Frost Strike crits. Diseases are also very vital to this spec, as well as good cooldown usage.

Since i really cant type, on this mobile phone I will edit this post when I get home... Sorry if I bored you

    Alright I got home,
I reviewed your items and I am going to make a list of items you Could buy for reputation assuming your Masked armory is correct and you do actually have the reputations that are listed there.

    Finger:
Dominator's Seal - Item - World of Warcraft
Ancient Overlord's Onyx Band - Item - World of Warcraft
    Trinket:
Buy the DMF one, it is worth the money and you will keep it prolly
Relic of Niuzao - Item - World of Warcraft
And get this Lao-Chin's Liquid Courage - Item - World of Warcraft or this Steadfast Talisman of the Shado-Pan Assault - Item - World of Warcraft
    Bracers:
Buy these if you got enough JP
Serrated Forearm Guards - Item - World of Warcraft

That should be it, that should give you enough ilvl for some decent LFR runs, also if you got a mate or just pay on trade for 2v2 Arena boost and buy some proper Head or Legs (Should take 2 weeks)
