Upon reaching level 90, you can go to the npc Brewmaster Tsu or (one of the other npcs that hold the quest), and pick up the quest Stranger in a Strange Land. With this quest you receive a Mysterious Note. This Mysterious Note is a legendary rarity item so it shows up in your guild news, pretend for whatever reason you are in a bad mood or hate your guild or whatever you just want to mess with it. All you have to do is pick up the quest and keep abandoning it and picking it back up. Posted in general because this is 100% intended and i just thought that it was a cool find.
