Technicly Dont Agree to the ToS...?

if you look in yur data folder there are .html documents with different names. One is named ToS ... You should be able to open this with word or another word proccessing prgram and edit it to say something like { I wanna play WoW! } and when you launch the game this will take place of the ToS and legally you cant let them have control over you... maybe... in theary.. or maybe you could have it do something with the supposed spyware in the warden, if you dont agree they can do that, maybe... lawsuit?

All i know really is.. You can change wht the ToS says, and if you dont agree to the normal ToS and it still lets you play... technically it their fault i guess..

Im sertainly not going to mess with this because i dont want any legal troblems or anything but maybe.. just maybe some lawer out there goes to MMOwned? or maybe just someone that know slightly more about the law then i do? (Plenty of you!) Maybe someone can step up and figure this out... maybe someone can even test it and see how it goes down... who knows....

EDIT: I also just edited the credits.. tehe...

it updates every patch, and you have to accept it every patch, and then again, its just another file on your computer, id guess the official tos is the one on their homepage, so even if you changed it nothing would happen.

That'd be hacking copyrighted material, which is an offense in it's own... even if it is on your own PC.

Lol, its Blizzards game, they can do whatever they want, regardless of if you 'bypassed' they TOS or not. They'll just ban you anyway.

If its not way against the law on your part, you never ever agreed to let them use warden to scan stuff on your computer though. And if you arent breaking the lawl (Which i guess you are by editing the ToS?) then they are if you never gave them permission to search your comuter: $$$ and blizz in serious trouble.
