    All of the noted races have really good racials. Not sure which one I'd claim to be the best though. They all come in handy at different times.

    What I think for Horde:
    Blood Elf if you're going to be a caster (since they have the mana tap)

    Orc if you're going to PvP (especially as a warrior/hunter)

    Tauren for PvE stuff (raiding, ect.), and also PvP too

    I wouldn't know for alliance since I hate alliance and don't play it
