any way to complete worgen quest at level 5? (suggestions)

Anyway, i was wondering are there any options for completing the battle for gilneas city quest, to get the blue quest rewards at level 5?

I tried leaving gilneas, leveling to 5 and locking xp, then making a ticket to port me back, but the gm said he was unable to put me back into the correct phase of gilneas, so are there any other ways?

im tryin to do somethin with the recruit a friend summon though, might work

edit: i believe if i enter an "unknown" zone i will be able to use RAF summon as both are located in unknown
