Can you get banned for model editing

Not unless you do terrain edits and anything more advanced, starting at that. It's only from player reports, like if you walk through something\fly O.o

Well it could get you banned.Its against TOS but the only way you will get banned is if you like Froogle said terrain edit and show it off in front of a bunch people or things like the old campfire to darkportal.

No...if you're player reported and the GM actually cares... SomeWhiteGuy added bridges under WSG, got reported, only had a warning...not even 3-hour ban!

so its pretty safe , does warden snif out the extra files in the data folder? basically can it detect it at all

Not yet. Possibly in the future, but I think they'll have problems with Mac+Vista so they will most likely not do it, also, we could screw that up by adding large files into the MPQ, warden scanning large files would be horrible for them!

So what your sayin is if your doin a skin change (Human Female >> Bloodelf Female) (Swift white Steed > Bloodelf epic chicken lol) Your pretty much 100% gaurenteed to not get cought as long as you dont tell anyone
