Will gold buyer prices go up with patch 5.2 in a few weeks?

I'm looking to do a one time sale of my gold ( > 500k) - first time sale - probably last time. Should I just find out who's offering the highest price now and get it over with...

...or should I wait for patch 5.2? It should be in the next few weeks and if it will likely raise the price of gold via supply/demand, it might be worth it?

I'd appreciate any expert opinions! Thanks!

I'd say sell it, gold is worthless, the patch will just get players with high proffesions even MORE money and the rest of the people already stacked up for the new patch (That play hardcore)... Post it on the forums for like 0.5-0,65$ and be happy if you sell it

the last dupe wave decimated the gold market and made it completely saturated. pure speculation tells me that prices wont begin to rise again for at least 2 patches, gold sellers need to burn away a lot of their acquired inventory and the people that buy it need to burn it on upgrades. You had people during the dupe dropping 2mil+ gold easily onto gold sellers.

tl;dr: right now: supply > demand
2 patches supply = demand- maybe.
sell now imo.

Honestly I think the prices will bump up some when 5.2 hits. If not, at least the demand will go up and which is good if you sell you sell on demand.
IMO the price is just too low right now, I would never consider selling it for anything below 0.4 Dollars /k

I wouldn't mind stacking up gold Doesn't matter if takes another patch or two.

Well, you should wait and see i think. If you dont want to wait for the patch to come out, you should wait at least next week. Chinese New Year will be on february 10, and from that point the prices usually goes up a bit. At least as i saw from the last 3 years. Already on offgamers.com the price has gone up a bit, like 1-1.2 cents / day since tuesday. And of course you should ask numerous sellers before selling your 500k stock.

I think g price will remain the same but demand will go up a little.
Personally as a gold seller i have already a lot of demand since people are stacking up for the next patch 5.2 by now, and even after i think i will still have some..
