Might have found a new mob to grind for xp, please read..

Okay so I am level 87 on my new alt, I was doing some quests and this mob got all upset and started to attack me.

So I killed him.
He had about 200-250k ish HP and was not doing alot of damage.

It gave me a total of 27k XP when I was rested and 21K with unrested I think.
I did not use any banner or so on this.

Is that a good xp for a mob in my level?

And is this possible to grind for a bunch of xp?
