Still possible to dupe mounts/achievements?

Heya, does anyone know if it's possible to create a dupe of your mounts/achievements? Or if it's possible to transfer mounts from one bnet to another? I have two bnets, both under the same name, and i'd like to be able to get all the mounts on a single bnet.

XGamerX can do it for a hundred bucks or something, not easy to do... Includes fake id and shizz, what do i know
