Fake pic of ID

Hi guys!
Does anyone here know if there's any way to make a good faked digital image of a passport or drivers license?

Im asking because I just got this mail from Blizz:

Greetings,

In order to validate your account ownership, please provide us with the following details:

- A fax, scan or digital image of nationally recognized photo ID, such as passport or drivers license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs).

and

- The last 4 numbers of the credit card you are using on this account or a picture of the game card used, if you use those.

(and no, I didn't use my real name when I made the account for some stupid reason..)
Also, I think I can find some of my old gamecards but I wonder how I should know which gamecard I used on this account.

Are you sure it's from blizzard? What is the sender's email? I just don't think that blizzard emails would use the phrasing of " if you use those ", " library cards etc " , " such as passport or drivers license," they just seem to be incorrect wording o.O, blizzard doesn't do that.

Ya, what is the sender adress? If it doesn't have @Blizzard.com DO NOT RESPOND. Check the speeling on Blizzard make sure it contains the following letters in order!
B-L-I-Z-Z-A-R-D-.-C-O-M

It might be Blizz or it might a devilishly good plan to take ur acc :P since people can create hotmail accs with anything on the end for example: [email protected] :P If you wanna know how there is a video on youtube explaining how to do that It would be useful for a scam

well, phishers can make the from email look like anything they want. what is the address when you reply?

Guys I sent in the mail using their webform, I think it's blizz that answered.

Yeah it's real.. it's super easy to forge account ownership.. just make sure you do it before the real account owner does.. also it's against the law to pretend ur someone else in the united states.. Fraud?
