Question on BoA Gear

My account was banned recently from the DC rollback and I'm starting a new account under my battle.net account. Anyone know if I can get the BoA gear on my new account? Just wondering as I have all the mounts and the the BoA gear says it Binds to Battle.net account? Just wondering if it could be done as the new toon will be on the same server.

That'd be if you call the GM's and they to send it to you, but i doubt they dp that
edit: when i dont have gametime on my seccond wow acc bound to my battle.net blizz doesn't send the items for me, they give me 1 day free time or something like that,

Probably not, but you can open a ticket and stranger things have happened via in game responses.

I tried getting my BoA sent from WoW2 to WoW1 along with the leadership of my guild and got this in response

"I have looked into your request to have guild leadership passed to another character and the BoA sent to another WoW account on your battle.net account due to no longer having access to the other WoW account.

Upon review of this request and the nature for the ban on WoW #1, we will not be able to assist with getting the BoA items sent to a character on WoW #2, nor pass guild leadership. Any items on the banned account will remain on that account.

Now as for the guild leadership, there is some good news. Although we will not be assisting in passing leadership to another character, players in the three ranks directly below the guild leader, will get the option to dethrone the guild leader once the character has been offline for 90+ days.

Curiously, they stated that WoW1 was banned and I was trying to send the BoA to WoW2, its the other way around. Just a typo I'd assume. Anyway good luck, hopefully you get a cooler GM than me haha

Im afraid, their policy regarding accounts banned in a banwave is very strict. Something with the meaning of "Closure must not be reversed for any reason anytime!", set by highest level of Senior Gamemaster.
