Will blizzard track my payment info to ban me?

Im wondering if it's risky to buy multiple accounts with the same paypal, after previously being banned from account's linked to that paypal?

All I can really say on the matter is it's a possibility. But I mean, you are a paying customer. They wont just ban you because the PayPal has been linked to a previous account that was banned for whatever reason.

As much as people like to say that blizzard can ban you for breathing (its in the TOS they can terminate you for any reason they want really), they said in multiple emails to people involved in the last dupe ban that they are free to start another account with a clean slate.

I have also on several occasions (read: lazy) paid for my bots gametime and expansions with my paypal/CC and nothing has happened. if you are really worried about it, just transfer to your bank account and go to best buy and get gametime/expansions. im currently running a bot on my recently banned dupe account with no issues.
