Free WoW Account - Need help with Twitch TV not streaming - Black screen of death!

Compensation: Original Owned Cataclysm WoW Account with 80+ Toon.

Problem: My twitch.tv will not stream, I have the black screen which shows LIVE in the top corner, the audio will record but no video. It was working the first day I had it but for the past four days its been giving me the black screen. I've tried the complete uninstall & reinstall, set up a new twitch & new XSplit account. Still black screen.

I've tried changing my location, no good.

I'm assuming you have set the screen region right?

Sounds like you have another device detected as a camera (TV tuner maybe?) and the application tries to display from that device from some reason. I imagine you can select the correct input device in the application you are using.
