RaF botting account

Hey guys,

I know question might sound a little bit noobish but anyways couldn't find proper answer.
Will I be banned on my main account (Veteran) if my stupid friend bots on his one which I've recruited ?
He is botting, selling gold and doing all the freaky stuffs - He will be banned most likely, but I'm scared for my a** .

To much similarity... Same surname, we share sometimes same ip address (playing in pc club) etc... And yea even bought him 3 months, so I had same credit card attached to his account as it was on mine... Meh
