What if the unmerged account stands in another name? Is it still possible or do you have to change the name which is on the unmerged first then merge them, if that is possible?:confused:

Nope, doesn't even come into play. New name battle.net becomes official name upon merging

Actually some unmergeds seller have said, that some customers has reported that their unmerged accounts have been banned, because Unmerged acc and Battle.net info mismatch

But it's different thing, if those bans really were caused by different info or just too much bot and etc.

That mainly applies to US ones. I've done 6 or 7 EU ones and not had a single problem with the exception of having to create a new BN cause I had the maximum number of accounts tied to one BN address :P
