Today i had posted that i got banned,i sent 2 e-mails regarding why i got banned,here is the 2nd e-mail that i got,which clearly shows that blizzard dont know what the **** they are doing,if you ask me ,warden is ****ing everyone up,damn thing is scanning everthing on you pc,and its confusing it with 3rd party programs,meaning that it thinks if you using something as simple as Vent,it assumes its a hack,come on,warden like everything else wow has come out with it bugged,the only thing is they dont want to say that there program is bugged.

If you did find a 3rd program running with WoW,i would like to know what the program was,you banned me for 72hours for 3rd party software,and you cant tell me what the software is,i will wait 72hours for activation,but i want
to let you guys know that i think that im being treated unfairly in this
matter,thank you

I'm willing to bet that they see those suspended or banned as hackers, plain and simple.

I'm also willing to bet that they won't tell us what we were suspended for so we have the chance to get 'caught' again. Then we have to shell out the monies for a new account.

Canned Responses FTW, erm FTL.

I'm kinda mixed here. IMO Vent/TS can be used to exploit, as I have seen it used in such a way on live servers.

FriendA, B and C use Vent to communicate while playing Alliance. They get tired of losing, so FriendD loads up his Horde toon, and enters a BG. When he's in the same one as his friends he tells them pertinent information, thus giving them an advantage that they shouldn't have had. Often times in WSG for example, FriendD will grab the flag (so his Horde comrades can't), waits for Alliance to get flag and bring it back to their base, then he drops his, in front of FriendA, B,and C (so they can return it and cap, thus not allowing Horde to even have a chance).

In instances like the aforementioned I can agree with them banning people for useage of said programs (Especially since Blizz Cannot Police who is using it for cheating).

That said, Blizz should make it's own Voice Communication Software (so that it can Police it-making sure Alliance is talking to Alliance ONLY, and Horde talking to Horde ONLY). Blizz would HAVE to have it's own software in place before banning anyone for using such 3rd party communication software. Since in reality Voice Communication is VITAL to raiding (and PvP'ing).

Sad, that the few weak minded individuals can ruin the game for others.

I cannot see any valid reason to cheat on a Live Server. I have reported more than my share of hackers while playing Live, so h8 me if you must. EMU servers are for exploiting

EMU servers are for exploiting

Blizz are also scanning for EMu files my 3 friends got perma ban from live for having them on thier computers my 1 friend was able to get unbanned for threatening to sue for them scanning his computer without his concent. (invasion of privacy) So really you can get unbanned if they scanned ur computer and found somthing that had nothing to do with WoW like Itunes, vent, etc. Programs that don't plug into your WoW program blizz SHOULD NOT be allowed to scan anything but ur WoW account/game while ur online. So if you got banned for Programs that don't affect WoW gameplay you have the right to sue for invasion of privacy. and my friend is in law enforcement (Chief of police)and that good stuff so he knows what he is talking about and he got his account unbanned my other 2 friends are currently working on getting t*******
