How much is lvl 25 guild worth now days?

As title says, I have few offers here on Outland for guilds, but not sure if I would buy them before asking arround what would be their aprox price on market...

Let's how much is this one worth:
- lvl 25 guild
- 200 members
- 5 tabs
- 600 achievs

What does increase price, members at lvl 85 or achies or?

5.0.4 Has definetly made level 25 guilds worthless at least on my server, when I look in trade I see at least 20 being sold for as low as 10k lol

850k? Holy shit yes most I ever got was 50k.

I got only 65k when I sold my old guild that was used for alt bank. No achievement, 6 tabs, level 25.

There used to be an exploit that made leveling guild from 1 to 25 afk easy.

Typical formula used:

(Guild level * 1000) + value of tabs.

Considering the low value in in-game gold these days I figure I'd not wanna skimp and actually make it worth the while for a seller. Would 50 euro be a fair price you think? One needs to consider the fact that the cost of a guild server change comes into it.
