Safe selling gold?

Hi! I've recently reached 1mil gold cap from legal playing auction house and i want to get some money in return from having spent hundreds of dollars on this game through my youth I am worried about getting banned from selling gold because i've read about people getting banned from selling gold below 100k.

Now if i want to sell 1000k. How should i do it? are the any safe methods? maybe a buyer you are recommending aswell?
I have over 200 days played on my acc which i have the gold on so i really dont want to get perm banned just for selling my gold.

Never sold any gold before and since i have so much to sell i would really like some advice

playing on frostmane EU alliance, but haven't began to check what people are offering yet since i dont know if theres a safe method for trading gold
