Blizzard took 300k from me -.-

So yeah.. past 4 days i've been doing the all infamous "casino hosting".. i went from 200g to 300k gold in a few days believe it or not.. got 525 engineering and enchanting, a few nice mounts.. epic gems.. enchants.. all luxury stuff..

Well yeah blizzard kinda screwed me and i got banned for a day for "scamming". according to blizzard hosting an in game casino is considered a scam and against their agreement or w/e (even if you dont scam, which i didnt)

So blizzard took my 300k gold and all my professions (didnt remove any gems etc tho.) even though their email says "Any gold, items, skills or abilities gained by your characters during this have been removed, in order to fully recover the other customer’s in-game properties." which i highly doubt they have refunded everyone who bet with me all their money..

Yeah i ****ed up, i don't need to be trolled.. was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to get anything back.. i've rang blizzard but they put me through to a gm in game.. ended in an automated response declining my request..

a friend on wow told me to ask for the manager when ringing them.. any ideas.. thanks bros

Blizzard took 300k from me -.-

    1. They will not under any circumstances put you to a manager unless it is of pure importance, which they don't really care about 1 RANDOM Person out of their 9 million subscribers and with MoP coming so soon.
    2. If you didn't read the ToS, not our fault. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO START IN-GAME Casinos.
    3. They won't restore the items to the players in which they said they would because they opt to play your casino even though knowing it's illegal.
    4. No way to get "your" stuff back
    5. The only way you can do casino in-game without being reported or caught is with people you know/trust. Don't post in Trade about casino.

The online customer support section says, "players may opt to privately run or participate in an in-game casino"

The issue is folks aren't allowed to advertise "within public chat channels"

According to this you can run one, you just can't advertise in trade.

Read No. 5, I'm just implying of what they mean't by saying that so no one would start casinos if that made sense.
