Can I get banned for selling smite keys for golds?

Hey recently I was selling closed-beta Smite keys for some golds. After few weeks of selling I got a whisper from a player saying that he will report me for spamming and now he is writing to some stranger to go and report me. I don't think I am doing anything wrong, I dont spam it, it is a one line of text that I sent to trade every now and then. Is there any possibility that I could get banned for this or something?

Nope however smite keys are free if you refer yourself 3 times correct?

To be honest, Blizzard could ban you for any reason what so ever.. Even if they just felt like it they could come up with some bull shit excuse.. However if the trade hasn't happened and you haven't randomly recieved 50k gold or so from some random guy, you most likely wont even be touched.. Although if they do take action, 3 hour ban or so maybe at the most? Not quite sure how it works these days.. Hope i was of some help

Well the deal was that they traded me the money (usually 1-2k) and i whispered them the beta key. I think I am not doing anything wrong too, so hopefully i will be fine
