MoP power leveling question

So with the release of Cataclysm there were quite a few of the online power leveling sites offering server first/realm first power leveling services. Though these couldn't really be guaranteed the packages did seem rather interesting.

Has anyone found any sites yet that are offering something like this for MoP?

I've been searching around and even though MoP is only a month away I've found nobody yet who is offering this.

The only problem with services such as these is someone on your realm could be paying someone to do the exact same thing, especially on highly-populated realms.

Not really worried about the realm/server first at this stage, more just want to guage the price.
