Health Regen Clientside?

I was using speed hack dueling with my friend and he polymorphed me when i was at like 5%, my health went to 100% in like 2 seconds. Maybe the variables can be changed to modify normal health regen? Also no "OMG CHEAT ENGINE GETS YOU BAN OMG" in here, since I've been using it all day and haven't gotten a ban on either of my accounts.
