How to get to Emerald Dream on retail 3.3.2-3.3.5 [OUT DATED]

Many people have speculated on how Emerald Dream is accessible. After the RAoV Team released our first video back in 3.3.5 we said at the end of the video we know a way to get to ED, mainly because of some former RAoV members we had at the time were going to be kicked and they had some information on how we where able to access the area. Worried they would release any information, we had to quickly make our first RAoV video with out any of them knowing, so once we released it we kicked them at the same time. We had decided not to release ED because it was just a huge find and thought we could not only reach ED map ID but also find possibly other locations with using this new method we found.

So finally we are going to reveal exactly how we did it, we made sure that this exploit was not redoable before we could release it.

First off you must be in a group and have the team leader convert to a raid. ED is not accessible through a normal group and you must be apart of a raid.

Take a boat from Booty Bay to Ratchet, you must climb to the top where the ropes are tied together and then run to the spot where we are on the ledge and if we where to jump we would no longer be apart of the boat anymore and fall into the water. We are not exactly sure why it is this area, but we figured it is not apart of the boat trigger which we assume is a big box that you cannot see.

Now that you are waiting for the boat to hit the loading trigger you must have your D/C macro in your action bar, this is what is going to help you completely screw your characters location. So right before the boat hits the trigger (you can see that the boat stops for a split second then loads), press the disconnect macro.

Now if you did this correctly, you should notice your wow will crash. Not a simple disconnect and log back in, your whole wow game must crash. Now close it and reopen it, log back in as fast as you can before the 20 seconds logout. When you reconnect, you will notice that your loading screen is not the same as 3.3.5 Kalimdor loading screen is. You should notice the old Vanilla loading screen that has a dwarf on a flying gryphon and you will also notice that the loading bar has reached 100% but sits there and does nothing.

From here you will hear that sound that comes up everytime you explore a new area, and then you will hear your guy fall to his death. Once this has happened, close wow again and restart it. Now log back in and you will be in Emerald Dream as a ghost.

That was our method to reach Emerald Dream, this exploit is outdated and no longer works. We will not be posting this on youtube or any other forum. This exploit was found by Marulu of the RAoV Team from EU.

The funny thing is if your NOT in a raid group I guess this way doesnt work, but if you .worldport into a raid on a private server it says you must be in a raid group, if you .worldport to Emerald Dream it doesn't give you this message.

Maybe you should consider thinking about this also Private Server's are not anywhere close to Real Blizzard Servers so of course some variables might be different read up more before you troll one of the greatest exploiters atm.

ED is one of the biggest, most secret place in all of WoW. It was actually more-finished in the alpha stage of WoW, it had buildings and ruins and such. It has had many rumored ways of how to get there. One was under the green smoke, another is this way. There have been model editors post on here that there is no trigger in game. And it was my own private server with a blizz like 3.3.5 repack so it was exactly the same.

It's just hard to believe that you DC on the top edge of some boat and you log back in and your all the sudden in ED... And your telling me he just happened to NOT take a screenshot when he discovered the most hidden, secret place in the game? Yeah, ok.

Let me point out whats wrong about your post.
1. Emerald Dream was not added till release of WoW how I know this is because I have the Alpha Client you can look in the files no Emerald Textures or anything
2.How would you believe that if you stood in green smoke and DC/lag out come back on like somehow cause a area-trigger to go to Emerald Dream(BTW that whole thing got started cause a member of the Void Walker Clan(Horrible Clan BTW) started it which ended up being fake)
3.Number one Repack does not mean that the server is going to be the exact same as Blizzard Live Server. Yet again let me make this clear PRIVATE SERVER/Repacks are way different from live realms.
4. This Emerald Dream was not (Server Side) it was more like a (Client Side A.K.A Otherworld) Emerald Dream we have reason to believe this because the spirit healer was very high above the ground.

As a druid you enter the emerald dream if you do the swift flight form quest chain ^__^ could be used to exploit and stay in ED I don't know I did it years ago exploiting didn't exactly pop into my mind.

Keyword "ONCE" Meaning that it was work in progress and not yet in the game files ask Kischa him self hell tell you since your Quote from him . I have check the Game Files everything Emerald Dream is not in the Alpha Game Files it was put in the game files at release get your facts straight

It is for everyone who was curious on how we actually found ED. It's a zone reachable through switching the map ID's as pretty much a model edit would do. This does not require any files as most model edits do require a modified file. In this thread we talk step by step on the exploit Marulu found. As of 3.3.5 RAoV release we showed how the exploit works by using the boat to enter otherworld, though we did not mention exactly how to enter emerald dream using the same method. Yet you expect us to believe that DCing on the top left of some ship will log us back into ED?? To be honest I would find it much easier to believe the green smoke way considering the smoke has nothing to do with anything.

They claimed to discover a way to ED, posted it everywhere and showed no proof of it. They also tried to get people's account info somehow. People realized they were lying and the Clan just shutdown because they were all fakes.

I'd like someone to PM him and see this "proof". I would think it's a video or screenshot of him on a LIVE server inside Emerald Dream. Unlike the SS Synth tried to show me of the ED loading screen..lawl, anyone can go on google/images and get the ED loading screen.

You sound like trollbait, but im going to feed you some anyways. The green smoke actually worked, I know because I went there myself via that method. Second, someone with as many rep and posted exploits as the op wouldnt tarnish his rep talking bs. Going to a location like this is almost always insta ban. You wouldnt want everyone to know every little secret now would you? You are obviously not in the know or you would understand concepts like that. If they just spammed it all over the interwebs then blizz would just end up hotfixing it like every other amazing bug. Whats so hard to believe about the method for reaching there? Honestly what has been so complicated about most exploits in the past. Its just knowing where to look and what to do at the right time. As so often has been the case in the past you dont know for sure until youve seen it with your own eyes.
