Well that's just not true at all. Every week I'd advise completing your guild challenges to provide maximum experience gain. Where arenas are a good way to level.. ultimately the fastest way to for everyone to do their part in the guild.. they should all be doing the maximum daily quests.. and should be doing their 10 arenas.. and of course guild groups for everything. Just working as a team is proven to be most successful.

Do arena each day for the daily exp cap.
And once a week 7 Dungeon's/ 1 Raidboss/ 3 Rated Battlegrounds as Guildgroup to get exp above the dailycap.

Ofcourse this "guide" is only viable if you still have a daily exp cap.
