question about name changing a battle.net account

what would be the most effective way to change the name on your battle.net account? my rl friend quit about 4 years ago and gave me his account and i finally wanna change it to my name..

i could supply blizzard with every piece of information about the account + his photo ID and mine.. but my question is, does blizz want his ID or mine?

any help would be appreciated thanks

Requirements as posted by a GM:

- The Battle.net account name
- The current registered account holder's name
- The Battle.net secret question and answer
- A legible scan or photo of a piece of government-issued photo identification of the parent or legal guardian such as a passport or driving license
- A legible scan of the registered account holder's birth certificate (or other legal document) showing filiations to the guardian.

What bullet gave you are the informations needed to transfer the ownership to a minor you were in charge of and that is now 18 or more. Otherwise, I think SOME people at Blizzard will agree to do that for you but you need to call them and nothing is 100% sure.
