What stops me from just buy powerleveling from 1-70 filling in fake information then when there done just retract your paypal payment?

im sure the company would take the loss not some chines farmer. I could say something like i was under the impression i would be reciving a package but i have still not recived anything they'll be like you were buying powerleveling service since paypal is against none real life items they'll take your side... I think

It's depending on what your reason is, if you say that it was online, AND you never recieved your object, they you most likely will get your chargeback.

Oh, I misread that... anyway, the only thing that stops me is... dunno I don't like cheating people :P However, p-leveling services get reaaaally uppity if you threaten to bring Paypal into the matter... they seem to be afraid of them for some odd reason.
