QUESTION ! real easy Acc. scam

So, question..

I have the Acc. and Password of this person I know that plays WoW.
Should I consider to take over his account in a not so friendly way [ by the by, this person still owns me $450, meaning I don't like him and he hates me ] what kind of risk/problems could I run into ?

I can probaly get into is email to that he is using with the WoW acc.

I mean .. How should I do all this, as in..

Should I change his personal info in his acc and email or somthing ?
or do it from a different computer than my own ?
And when i do have his acc. should I wait for a little time untill using it ? could I sell the acc and everything on it ? etc.

Change email/phone number to yours. Then get the secret questing and or cd key. Sell it or keep it if he's a dumbass.
