For in-game scamming you can get banned (on EU server you have a rare chance to get a ban :P)

But if you scam someones personal information whit CC you can get jailed and pay a fine (*coughing* look up on google for fraud, scam, Identity Theft and check you local laws if you can find any holes to avoid any legal actions against you *coughing*)

Well you may get a warning or a final warning, you may also get a 72 hour ban, probably not a perm ban if its ur first time
