gold per gametime is not allowed..its "raf gametime" and get removed by blizz.
they dont support it, and wouldn help you when you say you have send someone gold for gametime..

by the way, RaF Gametime are often buyed with stolen creditcards / chargebacks.. so you can get banned.

write a ticket and write them you dont know its not allowed, and you never gonna do it again, and thats your first fault, they should give a a second chance..
or you make a new wow account
