Greetings MyName,
I'm sorry it took us a while to get back to you. We are experiencing some higher waiting times at the moment.
I have however further taken a look into your issue and will hopefully be able to clarify things further for you.
Unfortunately the Annual Pass has been removed from your WoW account MyAccountName and your account has become ineligible for this promotion. This is the result of the removal of a total of 18 months of free game time you gained through the Recruit a Friend service where unfortunately the friends you invited did not stick to their part of the deal and did either way not correctly update their account, or did so with frauduleus information.
We first removed 14 months in April and informed you of this action by email. In May however, another 4 months were removed for the same reason.
At no point were appropriate payments added to your account (through game card or credit card) to pay towards the Annual Pass contract.
As a result of these on-going payment issues, the Annual Pass ended up getting disabled on your account.
I would advise you to check with your friends on what may have happened there.
If this was the result of purchasing so called 'cheap game time' through 3rd parties or for gold in-game, then I would strongly advise against doing so again as in a lot of cases these parties are gold selling companies who will not complete the full deal of the Recruit a Friend service, leaving you without any game time at all and a possible loss of the Annual Pass.
As Diablo III has gone live now and the Annual Pass sign-ups officially closed on May 1st, it is unfortunately no longer possible to sign up for this promotion again. You can however still buy a box version of Diablo III or a key through our online store and attach this to your Battle.net account if you wish to play Diablo III.
I hope this shed some light on things and wish you nonetheless great adventures in Azeroth and beyond!
Kind regards,
Game Master "name"
