I got scammed from some dude.

Who obviously wasn't that smart couse he left hes domain in the e-mail, which is super easy to who.is

It was an amount of $37

How can I get the back. (The transaction was via Paypal) and is it worth giving him a call?

This was regarding WoW btw.

they will check the IP address and say that you logged on from your own computer, it wont work.(tried it before)

If it was done through paypal but you got the funds from a credit card, call your bank and put in a request for unauthorised transaction

or if whatever you bought was a physical item, tell paypal number was never delivered and for the buyer to produce a tracking number for the package, unfortunetly with virtual goods theres nothing you can do,.
