Transfer

Is it possible to transfer all my characters from my RaF account to my main battle net account. I've heard if you can prove to Blizz if you own both then you can, but is this true? or how can I do this?

if both battle.net accounts are in the same name, yea, but you need to wait a month from the creation of the battle.net account before it becomes available i believe

My RaF just ran out so, that is 3 months so the Bnet "should" be created?
