(Question) /roll exploits

I was wondering if there was anyway to exploit a /roll command so its always above XX value.

I know it is server side, but I was just wondering if there is such a thing. I know about the /roll 50 100 thing but I was wondering if something still showed 1-100

No, there is no such thing. It is not possible and there's a 99.99999% chance that it never will be.
