Arena win trading?

Okay, I want to know a quick question:

Is win trading still possible? I googled, but I could only find threads from 07/08.
If it is: How do I do it with 4 accounts on the same realm? Do they have to be different factions or the same? Or does it not matter?

Note: I want to do this for the pure reason of leveling up a guild, nothing more.

It's still possible. If you have 5 friends that have the skill to get 2400-2500 you can easily climb rank 1 in 3s, but youre likely to get banned.. During the night one team lets the other win, and during the day the team that was losing, plays their mmr up again, and when night comes again you play each other. Getting glad this way is really very very easy, and probably wont get you banned unless you play like 500 games and your friend team just leaves and doesnt fight. If blizz sees that every game has no damage dealt etc its obvious its wintrading, if both teams have some damage dealt its very hard to detect unless they actually watch the game. 85 3s bracket is kinda active though and you might face teams even in the middle of the night which can make wintrading kinda hard.. 5s on the other hand is very much dead, trading glad in 5s would be very easy if you had the skill to get 2200-2300 first and then wintrading..

I've never done arenas in my life, do I just send a challenge to my mate or do I have to do some timing mumbo jumbo and queue up at the same time?
