Have botted, got that email today on like a week old SOR account (Of my own, not bought from some random chinese dude).
Funny thing is though that I havent put ANYTHING on auction house or sold any gold for cash, was botting herbs about 12h/day during the day for past few days which I sent to my own char which have only made DMF cards from them which are ALL still on my chars and havent sold ANYTHING yet.

What should I put in the ticket to get it back?

Well the thing is it is a FRESH SOR account (the account was inactive for god knows how long and it is my own so it has no previous flags on it).

Just dug up an old email I got when I was banned for botting last time which is completely different:
