Transferring no longer resets Conq Cap/Raid CDs etc?

Last time I transferred it still reset raid CDs but doesnt seem to do that anymore either.

Is this the case for everyone?

Last time I did it it worked for instances/raids but not for Conq Cap even though people back then were saying it still works for Conq Cap aswell.

Maybe I'm just one of the unlucky ones?

I transfered twice in 4.3, then once in 4.3.2.
4.3, all raids were reset, both times.

4.3.2, nothing reset at all.

Looks like it's fixed again.
