Looking for Lag Tool like Lag7

Hey, long time ago on mmowned there was 3 programs which were creating lag by pressing special key eg. F1 and stopping lag by pressing other eg. F2.
It were: Lag7, WinLag and ONE more but I can't find that 3rd program. I was searching in google using "site: ownedcore.com lag program" but I can' t find it.
The program was better than Winlag and Lag7 because you could enter there on what Port it should create Lag and other stuff. Please tell me everything you know. Thanks.

Yea, I was using it on my Rogue pre-Cataclysm on battlegrounds, eg. on Eye of the Storm. when it was 15 sec to BG start, I was jumping off from a cliff (outside the bubble) and standing near flag, then when game started I had the flag few seconds later. And other funny stuff.
I can't remember it's name. It wasn't WinLag and Lag7.
Anyone?
