Blizzard Annual Pass with raf ?

Hello

i was wondering if its possible to get the annual pass with raf gametime and if so

1- is it legal aka safe or do i risk a perma ban for this
2 - do i have to get 12 month of gametime from raf or can i do 2 -3 months at a time

2. I think you need to activate 12 months at once..
Duno, you still have to activate a payment methode to sign up, will the months you pay for, for instance with debit card,
qued up when you add a raf month? In the end you still have to cancel them. However, pr3cious 12 month deal is very decent.
I would recommend to buy 12 months at once.

so i went to the blizz page to do it and it said "No Eligible Accounts Available" ....

so i would need to have an active subscription when i do this ?
atm i am on 1 month of raf gametime can this be the reason ?

New accounts are not eligible for RAF, if you aren't on a new account, some countries are not eligible.

its an old account 6-7 years old
maybe the country thing , Romania , but like raf's didn't work on it and i changed the country to sweden

maybe i need an active subscription when i make the annual thing ? like now i have a raf gametime
