Transfer character to new Account before getting banned ?

So, I sold my account and recalled it. The company disputed the charge and got their money back but now they said they're going to call Blizzard and have my account closed. They even changed the e-mail and i have to wait till tomorrow to call Blizz and get it restored. If i transfer my main toon to a 2nd account (same last name) Am i safe from getting banned for trying to sell my account ???

You forgot the fact that they have a lot of information regarding his account(cd keys, maybe even an ID scan)

Well, although what you did was not right and you pretty much deserve it I will throw you a helping hand.

Tell Blizzard that you had scans of your id in your PC and that those might have been stolen by the hackers.
