Server Ban by Blizzard

Just throwing this out there but has anyones server been shut down by Blizzard since it is illegal to have a private server? I know all the servers ive been in havent but i just want to know...

I have seen a lot of posts, my server got banned/sued/QQ but not one of the priv servers I have played on has had a problem. And one of them is quite old.

Fun serv ive been on has been up for 2 yrs...
nothing has happened, ive just joined recently and i was talking to people that have been there since the day wow started on that fun serv, unless they r just complete idiots, i wouldnt worry, blizz did but it at the top of there priority list but thats been there for a year, nothing to be worried about, its the owners thatll get introuble not you.

this warcraft noob at school reported a private server to blizz, thats the only way to get one shut down.

there are so many the only way they get shutdown is when they charge. (yeah theres Private servers that charge monthly fees as well)

Everyone knows Blizzard and how they react to these things.

Of COURSE this... didn't happen.

Or they would have announced it to everyone and been "Hey, we're sueing private server owners." and then they'de hope private server owners would have stopped what they were doing.

Just like sueing gold sellers, not like that was kept "private."
It's meant to display a message out to people who are doing something Blizzard doesn't like, it's not going to be kept secret.
