WoW Sound Program

I searched, didnt find something that contained this.

Is there any program that can take the sounds of WoW, like the sounds of someone talking, like Raggy for example. That it starts a sound that i have chosen so i can hear it.
Im wondering if there are any programs that can do this? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunetly at this time they're no programs that allow this, unless i've missed something, i'll take a deeper search and see what i can dig up.

Well, what you do is:
You open the sound mpq in MWCS or any mpq program or anything else
Then you extract the sound file
They are usually .Wav
Then you play them in your media player
