Hi all, just posting this here. It was recommended to me by a Korean at a lan cafe after he saw me using lower ping. Living in Australia I suffer 300+ ping constantly so I kind of need tunnels. Hope this helps, I have tried it out It has the same effect as lower ping except it is free. Remember this is mostly for players who are out side of USA and suffer horrible latency issues.

Yes, I sit on 180 ping at the moment instead of my usual 300-500.
