    GM ticket reading behaviour?

Hello guys and gals of mmowned, long time lurker first time poster. Sorry if the thread title is a bit confusing, didn't know how to word it any better than that. What I'm looking for is some info about GM ticket reading behaviour, AKA "Do they read any previous ticket when responding to a newly created one?".

For Example: If I were to get scammed and make a ticket to get my money back (I get it in the end), and then I make another ticket after 2-3 weeks about the same thing (worked differently), will the GM's catch on, or will they just respond as they usually would? What if the ticket is no longer answered, but "Archived" after 1 month of being answered.

Any input or personal experience on this topic is appreciated.

They keep logs on character/account restores and thus would notice a trend if it happens frequently. Personal experience was that it worked but i was strongly suggested to clean my computer etc (as i used i was hacked back then), it worked 3 times before i stopped. IIRC they allow 5 restores per year

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm currently up to 2 tickets, both answered, restored, archived. They are 25 days apart, and the last one was 45 days ago. Any ex-GM around here to shed some light on ticket reviewing process? hehe

Just spoke to a friend of mine who is an ex-GM. He says that many of the customer support GMs in game type in a keyword such as "scam" to do with your ticket, and it brings up a list of tickets with the "scam" keyword in them.

OK but can you ask him if, when responding to someone's ticket, do they look at any previous tickets someone made, even if they're archived? I'm mostly talking about tickets posted on the battle.net site, not in-game.

I'd imagine they deal with both the same way and probably using the same program.
