I recently bought an account (Europe) and succesfully tranferred the character to a new account registered with the same name of the original owner but different login/password/secret question. I put an authenticator to the new account. The new account is registered for my country.
Can the seller recover the transferred character or I am safe?

Anything is possible if he gets the right blizzard admin. I've had purchased accounts recalled on me, the only thing you really do at that point - is show proof he/she sold it and do the "if i can't have it, no one can." Then fight for your money back on paypal.

For the most part though, you're 70% safe, I'd say.
